September is always one of my favorite months. Students are back to school . . . and so am I!
This year, I’m excited to kick off the year with a visit to Nativity School in Hollywood, Florida. I’ll be there this week talking to the kindergarteners through fifth-graders about the Mallory book, reading, and the writing process. So excited to visit my home state and be part of the Arkansas Literary Festival at the end of April. I’ll be spending all day Thursday, April 25 with students at the Museum of Discovery. And on Saturday, April 27, I’ll be speaking at the Main Library at 11:30 a.m. If you’re in the Little Rock area, hope you’ll join me then!
